Stormgate is an upcoming real-time strategy game developed by Frost Giant, a studio founded by former Blizzard Entertainment employees resonsible for the popular genre entries StarCraft 2 and Warcraft 3.

It's a free-to-play game that will be released on PC and aims to provide a single-player campaign, co-op mode, competitive 1v1 mode, and casual team matches.

Stormgate runs on a specially modified version of Unreal Engine 5, which is supposed to be able to surpass the smoothness and reactivity of StarCraft 2's controls.

Closed gameplay tests are set to begin in 2023 and last well into 2024.
