Pokemon Scarlet & Violet DLC: Billy and O’Nare locations and reward
Billy and O’Nare are two very wealthy NPCs in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s first DLC, The Teal Mask. As their names suggest, they are billionaires, and their idea of a good time is “throwing a bone to the commoners'' — their words, not mine.
If you want their riches – and you absolutely do if you want to restore the Loyal Monument and get the flashy jinbei – you’ll have to chase them all over Kitakami and Paldea, occasionally battling them in the process.
This guide will show you where to find Billy and O’Nare, and the rewards you get for finding them on your quest.
Billy and O’Nare locations – The Teal Mask Pokémon DLC
Billy and O'Nare appear in seven locations across Paldea and Kitakami, most of which are fairly straightforward to find. Occasionally, you'll need to fight O'Nare upon finding the duo, but her team is very easy to defeat.
Here is the full list of Billy and O'Nare locations:
1. Kitakami Road/Apple Hills
The Pokemon Company
Billy and O’Nare are first found overlooking the rice paddies on Kitakami Road, though they’re technically located in Apple Hills. Simply take the west exit out of Mossui Town and follow the cliff along until you find them. They’re not difficult to spot — they’re the ones wearing pure gold outfits.
2. Fury Falls

Billy and O’Nare mention they’re headed to a waterfall, and although this could be a few places in Paldea, the location they’re talking about is Fury Falls. You’ll find the duo atop a ridge overlooking the falls.
3. Remote Location (Area One/Five)

Billy and O’Nare then say they’re headed to a remote location, on the border of Area One and Area Five. The easiest way to get to their new location is by flying to Los Platos and heading directly east. You’ll find the two once again atop a ridge, this time overlooking a tree.
4. Apple Hills

The billionaire duo are once again headed back to Kitakami, not far from where you first met them, in Apple Hills again. You can find Billy and O’Nare on the south side of the apple orchard, on the paths between tree patches.
5. Casseroya Lake

The international jet setting duo is headed back to Paldea, this time to Casseroya Lake. Billy and O’Nare will be on the southernmost island within the lake, as shown in the map above. It’s not too difficult to get to if you fast travel to the Casseroya Watchtower first.
6. Glaseado Mountain

Next on the list is Glaseado Mountain. You’ll find your now least-favorite billionaires at the very north of the region of Paldea, just west of the river that runs down the mountain and into the ocean. Thankfully, their gold outfits do stand out a bit against the snow.
7. The Great Crater

Our final destination is the top of the Great Crater of Paldea. You can probably get there by walking along the edge from the Gate Zero entrance, but it’s much quicker to just travel to the South Province (Area Three) Pokemon Center and climb up the crater.

The rewards for finding and battling Billy and O’Nare are very good, giving you a host of money items for selling. All up, the riches from this questline total 1,004,892 dollars — enough to restore Loyalty Plaza and still have a few bucks left over.
