The opportunity to invite Katy is available as soon as you finish the main story. She costs 200 BP to invite each time, meaning you will need 600 BP in order to complete her questline. Paldean Champion Geeta is only available after you have completed the questline for at least eight special coaches. After you’ve invited him three times he’ll let you trade, giving you a Skwovet – which has its hidden ability – in exchange for any Pokémon of your choice.

Penny will be selectable after completing the special epilogue for the DLC, which involves you catching Pecharunt.

Beat her in a battle for the first time and she’ll give you 20 Smiling Vee Picks.

After three invites you can trade with Penny and, unsurprisingly, she’ll trade you an Eevee - which has its hidden ability - for any Pokémon you choose.
