Whenever you see someone with a green smiley face above their head, you can wave at them by pressing the left face button. This raises a seemingly random stat, and there are so many of them all over the map that you can raise some stats very quickly.
If you want to kill two birds with one stone, then increasing your bond level with your party is the way to go. Once you reach a certain level, you will unlock Drink Links at Revolve, and completing these improves a number of stats.
Social stats rise consistently via usual interactions such as battling, taking pictures, completing substories, and simply walking around. If you feel that you need to raise your social stats, try out some side content, and you’ll find it will happen naturally.

Another way to quickly raise these levels is by completing the Memoirs of a Dragon. These are short scenes you can find all over the map that can be seen as golden circles on the ground. These add to your awakening points, and move towards completion. Some of these require participation in small substories, but the majority are very short scenes.
