Honkai: Star Rail – Jingliu build and ascension guide
Show the world what the former Sword Champion of the Luofu can do with the best Honkai: Star Rail Jingliu build. Though branded a traitor to the Xianzhou after having fallen to the Mara, Jingliu seems to have found a way back to something akin to normalcy. She’s a follower of the Path of The Destruction and deals Ice Damage, becoming the first character with this particular combo.
Her Skill, Transcendent Flash, deals Ice Damage based on Jingliu’s Attack to a single target, creating one stack of Syzygy.
Jingliu’s Ultimate, Florephemeral Dreamflux, deals Ice Damage based on Jingliu’s Attack to a single target, blasting it to adjacent enemies and creating one stack of Syzygy.
Once Jingliu has two stacks of Syzygy, her Talent, Crescent Transformation, comes into play. This allows her to enter the Spectral Transmigration state, advancing her action by 100% and boosting her Critical Hit Rate by 55%. In this state, Jingliu gains the Enhanced Skill Moon On Glacial River and can’t use any other ability. Moon On Glacial River is an attack that consumes HP of Jingliu’s allies, boosting her Attack stat based on the amount of HP that was consumed. This skill deals Ice Damage to a single target based on Jingliu’s Attack, blasting damage to adjacent opponents and consuming one stack of Syzygy.
She may have up to three stacks of Syzygy in total. When all stacks are depleted, she leaves the Spectral Transmigration state again.
Jingliu’s Eidolon Levels, which are unlocked by getting additional copies of her, further improve her abilities. Level 1 allows her Ultimate and Enhanced Skill to deal additional damage when only a single target is available in addition to increasing her Critical Hit Damage. Level 2 boosts the damage of the next Enhanced Skill use after activating her Ultimate. Level 4 increases the Attack gained from consuming the HP of allies. Level 6 allows Jingliu to obtain another stack of Syzygy when entering the Spectral Transmigration state, increasing her Critical Hit Damage by 50% in that state.
Honkai: Star Rail – Jingliu: best Light Cones
Jingliu is all about the offensive, which means boosting her Attack, Critical Hit Rate, and Critical Damage is a great idea. Her signature Light Cone, I Shall Be My Own Sword, does exactly that, increasing her Critical Hit Damage. It synergizes with the HP consumption mechanic as well: When an ally gets attacked or loses HP, the wearer gains one stack of Eclipse with three stacks being the maximum. Each stack boosts the damage of the wearer’s next attack. If the stacks are maxed out, the wearer makes an additional attack that ignores part of the target’s Defense.
Many other Destruction Light Cones don’t provide their full benefits to her, since Jingliu doesn’t consume her own HP, but can still provide valuable stats.
