Honkai: Star Rail – Bronya build and ascension guide
The best Honkai: Star Rail Bronya build concentrates on enhancing her support abilities, allowing you to boost your allies with stronger buffs and activating your Ultimate more frequently. Bronya is the heir to the leader of Belobog, commands the Wind Damage Type, and follows the Path of The Harmony, which makes her a Support character. In fact, she’s probably been the best character for that role ever since version 1.0.
Bronya’s Skill, Combat Redeployment, increases an allied character’s Damage for one turn, dispels one debuff from them, and lets them take their next turn immediately after Bronya. Combat Redeployment offers immense value, as it lets you build up tempo and push forward actions, be they an attack or an urgent heal.
Her Ultimate, The Belobog March, boosts the Attack of all allies by a set value and their Critical Hit Damage based on Bronya’s own stats for two turns. Bronya’s Ultimate is a fantastic tool for preparing a turn of all-out offense.
Bronya’s Eidolons, which you gain after pulling her repeatedly, are brilliant as well: They give her a 50% chance to regain a Skill Point after Skill usage (Level 1) and add a 30% Speed boost to her Skill’s effects (Level 2). They enable her to launch follow-up attacks as well (Level 4), slightly boosting her own damage output. Finally, her Eidolons increase the duration of the buffs from her Skill by another turn (Level 6), allowing her to spread the effects out to other allies or attack more often by herself. Each of these feels really worthwhile.
Honkai: Star Rail – Bronya: best Light Cones
There is a signature Light Cone for Bronya in the game, which is called The Battle Isn’t Over and perfectly complements her kit.
It boosts the wearer’s Energy Regeneration Rate, which allows them to activate their Ultimate more often. In addition, their Ultimate then recovers a Skill Point when used on an ally, which is always the case for Bronya. The Light Cone also allows the wearer’s Skill to provide the ally acting next with a Damage buff for one turn – and since Bronya basically controls who gets to go next, this allows you to get that buff exactly where it needs to go.
Best Light Cones for Bronya:
- The Battle Isn’t Over (5-Star)
- Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds (4-Star)
- Past and Future (4-Star)
- Memories of the Past (4-Star)
- Chorus (3-Star)
- Meshing Cogs (3-Star)
Honkai: Star Rail – Bronya: best Relics
Critical Hit Damage, Speed, and Energy Regeneration Rate are the key stats you want to look out for on Bronya, so your Relic choices should always consider these first and foremost. It definitely feels like there is no perfectly fitting Relic set for Bronya in the release version, so for now you should focus on getting the right stats primarily.
Best Relic Sets for Bronya:
- Messenger Traversing Hackerspace (4) – +6% Speed, +12% Speed for all allies for one turn after the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally.

Honkai: Star Rail – Bronya: best teams
Bronya is fantastic on most teams at this point, greatly boosting their damage output thanks to her support abilities.
This team focuses on maximizing the damage output of Seele in various ways. Bronya can buff her allies’ Attack and Critical Hit Damage in addition to manipulating the turn order in the team’s favor, which enables Seele to get into action again much quicker.
Asta is another solid Support character, as she can boost allied characters’ Speed, allowing Seele to gain even more momentum. Finally, Bailu joins the fun as a healer to keep everyone healthy, though she can provide a small Damage buff as well as Energy Regeneration on higher Eidolon levels.
Natasha is always a great alternative option for those without Bailu, Luocha, Lynx or Huohuo. Shielders like March 7th, Gepard, Fu Xuan, and Trailblazer (Fire) are possible additions to this team as well to keep it safe from harm.
Jing Yuan is another prime target for Bronya to support. Yanqing and Blade are Main DPS characters that greatly benefit from having her around, too, though basically everyone does.
