Helldivers 2 Warbond – Cutting Edge brings new primary weapons on March 14, 2024
A content update for Helldivers 2 called Warbond – Cutting Edge will be released on March 14, 2024. It will provide players with additional armor sets, primary weapons, and capes to aid them in their fight for space democracy.
From what we can tell, it won't include the teased EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit. Their production seems to have been halted by the automaton attack on the factory world of Tien Kwan, so players are ordered to go and defend the planet in order to get the mechs.

Five new weapons will be available thanks to this content update:
- LAS-16 Sickle – burst-firing laser rifle that doesn’t need reloading.
- SG-8P Punisher Plasma – modified shotgun firing explosive plasma rounds.
- ARC-12 Blitzer – close-range lightning weapon attacking multiple targets.
- G-23 Stun – stun grenade.
- LAS-7 Dagger – laser pistol.

Helldivers 2 Warbond – Cutting Edge: new armor sets
Three cosmetic suits of armor will be obtainable once the update has arrived:
- EX-03 Prototype 3
- EX-16 Prototype 16
- EX-00 Prototype X
In addition to the new weapons and armor sets, players can look forward to three new capes with matching player cards and three fresh emotes.
All of these tools should help users who are struggling to adapt after the most recent patch, update 01.000.100, which nerfed a ton of popular weapons and created a big rift in the player base.
Warbond – Cutting Edge’s content will be available in the Destroyer’s Acquisitions panel in the game starting March 14, 2024, on PC and PS5.
